Is there newer drivers for the touchpad? I did not install any new software before the s-bwr. The built in mic in this laptop is just utter crap and I can never get it to work halfway decently.

Also, is anyone else having an issue of the touchpad just plain going crazy? I'm thinking the same thing as you're right about the backlight, it's just the KLM isn't being used at all for some reason There may be some completely obvious solution for achieving this that I have not come across.
